Great Moves allows you to explore workouts created by certified personal trainers. You can create your own workouts and share them with others. You can then complete these workouts and keep track of your results. For coaches, workouts you create can be shared with clients so they can keep improving even if they cant see you personally.
Great Moves includes Programs that last from 1 to 12 weeks. Each Program includes multiple workouts, each created with multiple movements focus or compliment the goal of the workout. The workouts are created by Great Moves or by other certified personal trainers. By letting other trainers create workouts, Great Moves will always have the largest variety of unique and effective workouts.
Once you start a workout, you can do the workout as created or adjust the settings to fit your needs. Every movement in a workout is tracked, stored, and automatically adjusted as you move through the programs to gain strength, increase stamina, or maintain your current fitness.
If you are a Certified Personal Trainer, use Great Moves to create your own programs, workouts, and movements. You can also use any of the movements included with Great Moves. Your clients will always have the most up-to-date information from you and all of your tracking will be done automatically. These clients can be local to you or virtual such as family or friends in another state or social media followers from anywhere. This is your chance to expand your training business.
Information about the Great Moves auto-renewable subscription options:
• Great Moves has two types of auto-renewable subscriptions named Full Access and Coach and Creator
• Full Access is available in one week, one month, and one year subscription lengths. Coach and Creator is available in one month and one year subscription lengths.
• Payment for each subscription will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Each subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases the corresponding subscription.
